There has been talk that SAMSA want to do away with separate club numbers and all become DTE numbers. SADSAA have been fighting this as far as I can remember.
My issue with it, is a DTE is just a number, you cant tell where a guy is from, in the case of misbehaviour etc.
Its like saying a car must'nt have vaalie plates anymore.
I have heard some stories, stupid and just another waste of money if you ask me, they really need to try and sort out a lot more before over regulating the small stuff!!
