Komati Tiger fishing

hey everyone

my nephew wants to go tiger fishing for his b-day , so we possibly heading of to Komati sometime in August . does anybody have sugestions of where to go and what to use this time of the year ?

i have cought nothing in the Komati on two trips now....

did you go to komatipoort? any luck on finding some spots? we are going up next week and any help on spots will be much appreciated

hey.

we did go but only got one baby tiger and a bunch of catfish.... so at this stage my faith in tigers at Komati is not to great. I do continuously hear of good catches up to 5kg being made and we did see some monsters swimming in the rapids... I hope you have better luck than me. the only good bite we got was on a kurper livebait. good luck
