Hi guys.

I need to a spinning/scratching rod to pair up with my Daiwa Emcast sport.

It will be used for throwing 2-3 ounce plugs, spoons etc. And will also make a nice shad stick and scratching rod for Blue Fish.

Have any of you used this rod and how do you rate it?

I recently bought the smaller 10.6ft dropzone and can't complain - throw spoons, rapalas off rocks at Mazeppa without a hitch.
Paired with a penn sargus 4000 and 7kg mono.
