Currently running in the motors. Haven't been allowed to take them past 4000 rpm as yet. Got to the next level this weekend and got 27 knots at 5000 rpm. Will be able to test full throttle next weekend if I an brave and the sea is flat.

Not really, Mercury are fine between 5000 - 5500 rpm. I run mine at 4500 rpm and do 21 knots on the sea

I think most motors are quite happy at 6000 rpm. I know mine say they are happy operating at that rpm for prolonged operating periods in the manual. Just not for the first 20 hours.

Very happy with the boat . Did 110 km this weekend in fairly rough conditions and in some nice flat water when inside the protection of the bay

not high at all i ran my 50hp yamaha at 6700rpm for 500km over 3 days without problems withou a limiter
