Kayak Fishing near Port Shepstone

Hi Guys

Anybody kayak fish around Port Shepstone area?
I'm heading down to south port next weekend and wanted to know of any good spots etc.

Tried Pumula last time, no luck trawling for couta but had fun catching and releasing Red Romans :)

we did a paddle 3 weeks back from banana beach down south to tweni. on the way back just before south port. i would say halfway between tweni and south port. theres a rocky point. we got some tuna smashing bait fish on the back line... would recommend to get some live bait to paddle. we only got a small sarda on the plastics.
i would say launch tweni and head north and drift back with the current

Im just around the cnr from tweni so sounds like the perfect plan.
Ill prob be solo so if you keen on joining lemme know.

im up in durbs. so will see closer to the time... i know DoenF a member on here paddles down there...sure he will see the post.

Im camping next weekend till Sunday with my wifes work colleagues. Maybe we could go Sunday afternoon ?
A good place to launch will be from big bay in front of sayidi farm stall the rocky points is not far from there

I'll be there from Thursday the 11th & I leave on Wednesday the 17th.
Will be nice to kayak with somebody.

So can do Sunday, Monday or even Tuesday which is a public holiday.
