Just want to say thanks to the guys at basil manning for top customer service.I purchased a aerocast at the beginning of October from B.Manning,I fished the first time at port Edward with the aerocast and was really impressed,a month later I head off to cape Vidal,arrive on Friday,take a long walk down to the ledges,my second time using my aerocast on maybe my tenth cast or so my aerocast snaps,what a boo boo,really disappointed,the top section had broken clean off at the join and not knowing what I am going to do about this rod.I decide the following morning to drive to Durban,speak to the salesman and he says he will have to send the rod to Shimano so as to see what can be done,I then explained to him that I was from mpumalanga and I needed to sort my rod out immediately,without any fuss the salesman replaced my rod with a new one,I will definitely be back to support you guys, keep it up!
