A few years back one could catch some live bait in the reeds off the Gollela camp site.
With the low water levels over the past years those reeds no longer exist.
Buying live bait seems to be thing of the past.
Can anyone suggest a place on the dam where one can throw a light line baited with worm to catch some Kurper.

hi normally i manage to get a few around the jetties.
also some of the submerged weed banks around the dam.

The dam was very low. Tried the new reed beds. Little luck. Anyway next March is another time. Thanks for the info. Take care. Cheers.
