Can anyone place reliable date as to when tigerfish were introduced into Jozini, and where from......would be useful to see a magazine article if it exists
Tiger were never introduced to Jozini - they occur in the pHongolo river system naturally it is their very Southern limit of their natural range - reference JLB Institute
Only place I am aware of where they tried to introduce tiggers was into lake sibaya - but it seems tiggers don't like saline water.
