Interesting case this one/

1. where is the crime scene? in RSA or International waters?
2. who needs to prosecute it then, if its in international waters.
3. plenty of circumstantial evidence, still no body, but a murder charge is on the cards
4. what excuse can he give which is just possible to be acquitted?
its not going to be a easy case.
lets see how it all turns out.
