Jetski water in fuel problems

Maybe we should put our heads together on what are the essentials for a trip out to sea;

1. Ensure ski is serviced or has had its services.
2. Spare battery
3. Anchor (weight?)
4. First aid kit
5. Tools
6. Cell phone
7. Strong tow rope
8. Life jacket(s)
9. Fire extinguisher

List is getting long...space becomes an issue with all the fishing gear (if you dont have bottles)

I had my dual battery system installed by Hookedup Motorsports when I bought my ski.

Pictures attached feature the installation of the battery as well as the selector switch (Main, Second or both Batteries)in the small cubby hole under the steering.

You need to install a Voltage Sensitive Relay which automatically drects charge at either of the batteries should they require it.

Talk to Fabian at Hookedup.

The switches are for Marine application and are both available from Seaport Supplies. Mine cost in the region of R 1800-00 for both.
