Jetski Marine Radio

Will be using my jetski offshore and need advice whether I should have a marine radio.
Any advice would be appreciated

yes you need one.
hand held is ok.
have heard some want fixed radios too.

don't think the fixed raido would last unless it is hidden away!!

I have a icom IC24.
For some reason I purchased 2 of them.
It is a goo radio waterproof etc.
1 is for sale, still brand new about a year old.
I cant remember what I paid, so make me an offer,
if you are interested.

Am sure it is a good radio and also have Yamaha FX HO . I am interested but am only able to pay R1500 if the battery is in good nick.
