Hello, I am completely new to jet skiiing and boating. I am considering purchasing a Jet Ski which will be used at the Blouberg launch area by Doodles. Is anyone a regular user of this launch area? Is there a website stipulating the rules of using a Jet Ski in this area? Do I need a licence? If so, where can I apply for one?
