Hey Mouse, I have bought a couple of boats through the years and it helps to phone people first, before messaging/e-mailing or whatsapping, this tends to build up trust if you ask the right questions. I usually ask about the date and type of buoyancy, the COF, the service on the motor/s and then I ask about any defects or possible problems. You will be surprised how many people cannot lie/omit the truth if asked directly.
You have to know the price of the type or model of boat, a little research will go a long way in a reasonable offer and realistic counter offer. If it sounds good then make a fixed appointment and go check the boat out, always good if you can test drive it (ideal). Be patient, you will know the boat when you see it! Good idea to have the boat surveyed (again if possible). Happy hunting and best of luck to you!

Have found a Buttcat 21/23 ft , looks really nice , will fly to Capetown after it has been inspected and passed all its needs(Cof / Buoyancy )

The ones that I have seen and like are Buttcat 21ft , Lee cat expressa 800 , Cobra cat 700 and the magnum 780 ,..
All have cabins , also have a cover /top with glass windows ect . Some had a Toilet , fresh water, fridge , ect.
We want to take our boy out , while he has fun fishing , we can relax and watch /chat ect , want to escape from work
