In three weeks time, my dad and i are making our way up to the pan handle for the the barbel run.

So after much research i have found that i need much tackle, of course. Just the usual; rapala's, tiger wakkas ,effezts and various others.

Any advice.

Mainly where is the cheapest place for me in cape town to find large quantities? Fred Tuckers?

hey Bas what are you up to - what happened to the fly tackle? Come and have a chat with me I'll try and help you out. Otherwise you might end up purchasing loads of things you will never use. Maybe you can also sneak me into your luggage... that way I can give you on-site support!

Hi Sebatiaan,

Last year I fished the Jozini Comp and had very much the same problem - just finding tiger lures, let alone at a good price!

The only guys that I know of that had some TF spinners/lures were Fishing Specialist.  Think I got one or two items at Suburban as well.
