Sorry if I am being pedantic on this item but I would like to get it right first time.

Using your example, if I add the 8% thinners to the 1.18Kg of Silicone, and leave it for your recommended 24 hrs, do I weigh off the catalyst on 1.18Kg of the silicone or on 1.274Kg (1.18Kg +8%)??

add the recommended catalyst/activator to what ever you are weighing on the scale. regardless of whether or not you added 8% of thinner.
