If seen a couple of Jetski's with a black like , stick on keel strip. Anybody knows who does these and are they worth putting on ?.

there's a gel coat that the guys have under their skis which after a few lauches wear through then there's a type of rubber lining that if see on some skis too. STAY AWAY!!!!! the minute you hit the the beach or sand bank your ski comes to grinding hault. there's also a stainless steel strip that they fit to the keel but that means drilling loads of holes in to the hull of your ski.
Dustin at Fast Kawasaki in R/bay is working on a peel off fiberglass strip that is moulded to the hull of your ski and fixed with a epoxy type glue. give him a shout and have him qoute you on the fiber glass strip.

I do like both the above mentioned options…..the problem is that all these Okes are in KZN and I’m sitting in Gangsters paradise.
