Depending on what u planning to do , port Alfred is better out of a boat , but there is the river mouth , sharks bay/ Kelly's beach which is ok , but the vis is normally poor .
Three sisters at riet river is good , but not advisable if dragging a tank with as it's a descent walk .
Kenton on sea is probably your best bet , the vis is normally better and there are some good bommies to have a look at .
