I wanna go to Mozambique....

Hey guys - this may not be the best place for this question but I'll ask it all the same.....

I friend of ours in Guernsey wants to go with her adult family and groups of friends to somewhere in Mozambique on the coast. Some of the friends will be coming from SA, others from UK (via Joburg I presume)
They want somewhere accessible and reasonably affordable, which is simple and unspoiled. Fishing would not be her number one priority(it would mine!!), but looking for other water based activities including snorkelling/possibly diving.
I have suggested we try to get to Gorongosa as well- a long time since I was last there as a child

Does anyone have any ideas to pass on please for consideration??

Gorrongoza was pretty damn awesome hey!!! I was there in about '70. Struggled to get back to camp one night because there were so many different animals in the road.

I had a pretty decent stay at Zona Braza recently. Good family orientated place, very very good chips in the restaurant!!!

yea, Gorongoza is a real feel good story in modern times after all that happened there in the last 35 years or so
would love to see it in my lifetime
