I need help with braid PLS. Is it good fore casting and are there deferent types of Braid fore casting and fore sea/rig making. Does braid tangle easy.:beer:shark

My experience is that braid is great for casting.

It has low memory-doesnt tangle
It has a relatively thin diameter to breaking strain so you can cast further.

Many different types,

I use Berkley fireline 10Lb fireline for spinning, 30lb tracer for casting bait for barbel.

I am also impressed with Spiderwire EZ braid ,I have 15 lb spider wire for spinning .

I spool all my spinning reels with 15 lb berley big game mono and then a topshot of 150 m of braid more economical than a full 300 m roll.
