I made this H-Frame box for Archar(Gotaway)

Anyone know where I can source decent Shoulder Straps and Hip Belt in Cape Town...I would like to make some more,,,rather enjoyed it.

Hmmmm!!! That looks more like a L-Frame to me. Nice Rod holders their to. How heavy is it? Nice box there Angus.;);)

I bought a similar one last year, but modified/strengthened it a bit: Added cross pieces at the back so my 12l chiller did not slip through, repositioned the shoulder straps at the top and changed the black box to a stronger military ammo box I also added strapping to the back so the frame did not dig into my back. Here is another one I started today, modifying as I go along. Still need to source shoulder straps and waist belt.

 Nice work there Angus , one question though , where did u source the 90 degree plastic joints from and did u use 25 or 30 mm sq aliminium tubing ??

Got the plastic joints at a place in Paarden Island, used in the advertising board industry, Used 25mm aluminium tubing

Will have to see, as the business I'm in ( Guesthouse)does not afford me the luxury of planning/committing to dates and times.
