How to make my Circle hook slide trace

iv used 250lb carbon coated steel trace with the circles and they steel trace was damaged during the hook up, iv been bitten off on 200lb nylon coated with a 19/0 circle and it was a brand new trace. got bitten off within 20sec. besides the uncoated is alot more flexible that the coated but the 1st time i used the uncoated steel trace, it unrapped itself and made a big mess. was proberly due to my bait being not streamline. i dont really use skirts due to it sometimes causin my trace to wrap, but now that iv pushed the skirt onto the hook tightly i think it will work better. i landed one grey shark on 250lb carbon coated steel trace and it did had damage to the trace so now im moving up to something that will last longer and stronger, Trophy, i saw your circle hook throw bait trace and it had a skirt onand no dingle dangle. wont that skirt effect the distance due to drag and how will you throw a circe without a dingle dangle?

Nice wade no probs there.

Here's two of mine. Left 20/0 on 250steel right 19/0 on 1.5mm steel.

Try flemish twist to tie the 1.5 to the swivel. Easier and neater
