How to foil a lure without creases

Foiling lures is a great way to have a "nice" looking base. Usually this is done in 2 pieces, one on each side wraped to the center. I discovered that on larger lures it's impossible to do this wrinkle free. I have often been complimented on my foiling. Well the trick is I do it in 4 pieces. First the sides which I then trim the wrinckles away. Then the top and bottom. I allow it to just over lap. Here is a sequence.

1 - requirements..
The lure
Foil available from the hardware
A utility knife
Tong depressors work great for rubbing.

2 - Cut a piece of foil, stretch is as you stick it on the lure side. Rub from the centre outward. Then trim away the wrinkled edges.
