Hi there

I am a 20 year old student from swakopmund Namibia, who has been fishing since I could walk...(My record edible is still stands at a 7.5kg Steenbras caught when I was 5)

I've been in Cape Town for nearly 2 years and although my fishing gear has been with me for most of that time, I have not once tested the water.

I have always been under the notion that SA does not compare to fishing in Namibia...but this is more ignorance I guess.

What do you guys think??

Its a lot easier when you know where to go....
Havent a clue where the good spots are and where are.

A bit like a fish out of water..

Have been doing a lot of research and hopefully this forum will set me on my way

Hi Namibian

If I can make a suggestion, join the Sealine Social Edibles Club, they have a meeting tonight if I'm not mistaken, these guys will help you get into the edible scene around Cape Town, best of all - they all Sealiners!

Oh Yes - :welcomesea:
