Lol. So last nyt I headed out to my usual spot and half a dozen guys we're ther. So moved bout 200mts away. Waded in bout waist high as I casted my new salty my front leg went into a ditch and wat a massive crows nest. (I take that as a hint lol). Spend 15mins undoing it and wat a cast at least 120mts. Slide out a double red eye flap bait with 3heads. I think I spent 15mins doing this very neatly presented bait and waited 30mins. I hear a slow click click click and my line starts running. Than slack. Leave it for another 10mins and nothing. Reel the bait in. And my bait is 3/4 missing. the rain started. Packed up very sad and headed back home. Reel casted and retrived lovly. Unfortunately I'm stuck at a wedding now and sitting on sealine.

thats 650m of line in total.. is that enough for general shark fishing ? not going to mention those 150kg + bronzie or those 200kg + raggie but is it enough to pull in generally all sharks up to about 120 kg ? was planning a light tackle rig for sharks and use a saltiga/saltitst 40 dont think it will work though ...

My advice... Fishing for ends with heavy tackle takes away all the thrill.. Rather forgo thee saltiga and get saltist 30 for eds and saltist 50 for sharks.. That way you get 2 great reels instead of a single overpriced winch!
