I live in Newlands so mainly Southern Suburbs... havent ventured out far yet! Ive got couple of spots in Diepriver... there's also Rutter road... and a dam at UCT...

Where in CT u from? I checked u got a float tube... I just got one myself... really old school but for a steal! Havent gone out on it yet... none of my mates have one so would be quite arb just me on water. lol.

Any places nearby you can recommend? Also, how do u catch barbel with flyrod??? Would lures etc also work??
