I have some good news and some bad news.
The good news is that combo seems to be a standard production item for Victorinox. (The same guys who make the Swiss Army Knife).
The catalogue number is 7.6385.3 . A google images search of "Fish Scaler 7.6385" will take you to plenty of places to buy.
the bad news is that prices hover around the US$20 mark.
The most hectic price that I saw was $37, 00 Australian.
With the rand at 9 to 1 on the Aus$ you are looking at R333. 00
