Sealine has a whole bunch of information on Baja Dam. Just need to look for it. ;-)
I have found the below information that might come handy, will be going down there the weekend try my luck.
The best spots at Baja is at the entrance of the venue or towards the left.
Baits , SWD and garlic floats or banjo floats.
Dips - hasbeen , fx , almond supreme , hot honey , tjop-tjop.
Distance - fish between 60 and 150m.
Rigs: sputnik glyrietvlei or the sliding baby shoes ( Grass is a problem)
Build a good feeding spot , but dont over feed.
Insure you have a Barbal line in as there are monsters there.

[size=[font="Times New Roman"]in our tent were my wife, 2 children and I were busy sleeping. He caught this man steeling personal belongings.[/font]][/size]
[size=[font="Times New Roman"]After he interrupted this guy he chased him almost 400 meters until the end of the fencing at Baja dam but[/font]][/size]
[size=[font="Times New Roman"]he got away,,, fortunately for him. We discovered the rest of you belongings in the field.[/font]][/size]
[size=[font="Times New Roman"]The one security man that needs to cover almost 1.5 km area was on duty and was on the seen quickly.[/font]][/size]
