Fished the lagoon yesterday aft... dropshot,no fish.Couple of small kingies caught by fisherman off the front......biggest i saw was about 2kg.

Fished same spot this morning.......1st dropshot .........no one caught any fish of the 4 "shoters" i saw trying. SLUNG my 1st cast , baited with prawn,4/0 hook '' wam'' in.....3 spot pompano 1,1kg... forktail length 37,5cm...  total length 48cm. got a pic on the cell, will have to sort out how to download.

NO other fish were caught this morning.

When i saw the size i was disapointed......would have been better on a fly rod.Using my light tip on my poseidon .32diam nylon .40 leader DAIWA 30.

I'LL GET MY WIFE to assist me with the download.
