That is quite some interesting statement, about the wild side.Thanks all, gonna try for some more the weekend. Missed a nice size cob the weekend before leerie, in very rough seas and very dirty water, also on bucktail. It strarted spooling me and I got too eager to land it, and tightened the drag 1 too many, and lost it. Felt like cob, 'plastic bag' with plenty of head butting in between, but then again this newby could be wrong!
Getting more confidence in bucktail now, with a catch and a miss on it. And it casts a mile, even on windy days, and rough seas, what is needed mostly at the Wildside!!
