Carry a small spray bottle with water...it helps. Easy first cast, lay your line right, then give it on the second cast.

Well, QB got some elasticated cotton from IanF. He started winding it onto a loose plastic spool. It took about two hours to fill the spool. Kumz warned him numerous time not to fill the spool to mutch. Well end result were the spool popped with one huge bang and there is QB sitting on the back of Kumz's bakkie, totally shoked and swearing like a sailer. Well the expresion on QB's face were priceless. Afterwars the cotton were so tight you could have used it for a golf ball.
