Hi Greg, I am redoing my Fishing Box and I am doing away with the glass bottles and am busy changing all my 50 ml glass bottles with these small plastic ones.

They work easy and personally I find less of a mess. (I always have to clean out the caps of the 50ml bottles I used otherwise they tend to make your bottle sticky.)

I can't remember the price but bought them at Zak's Fishing in Vanderbijlpark. I am sure a Plastic shop will also sell them.

You can even put the number stickers on the caps.:raine

I have changed my box to the same plastic bottles some 8 years ago. Work very well

Hi Guys,

Question to the Conventional PRO's. I also invested in a fancy box again and got everything set up now. Color coding, Numbers with dips alphabetically arranged etc...

I like the idea of plastic bottles for Boldips and even maybe spraydips. My question is if it is ok to keep the standard more concentrated hook dips in plastic bottles and if it will not react with the plastic. ??

The bottle in this thread is very nice and I'll check with Zak's if he still has them...but no point if the plastic has a negative effect on the dip???

I have found that the dips smell and texture lasts longer in glass than in plastic.

The above makes lots of sense...and that would be as a result of the interaction of the chemicals in the dip with the plastic....
