I am going again on Saterday will try slipway 4 again and hopefully land some fish.

Guys from work has told me that a lot of small carp has been landed this week as well as some decent size bass.

My pb carp caught om honey pips weight of 10.30 kg caught in the vaal river.

Wow that's a nice catch!

Try and get the line in as deep as possible at the slipway. The bass are feeding quite deep in.

Have you tried a Srike King Lipless Cranck-bait or a shallow diving Norman Crank-Bait. I've found these to quite successful at times over the spawning season.

I fished alberts a lot and had great succes . I have a lure that's not on the market that I'm gone soon start to make ifu intrested . I have cought over 50 bass in 1 day before and have also cought bass over 5kg in alberts I havend been fishing for a wile due to finaces but give me a shout I'll teatch u all u need ect bout alberts bass. I use to be the top giy in the fishing club when I was stil in the club , I do have sa colours behind me also a few years ago and have taken a second place before in 1 of the bass combs .
