Hi all
I am restoring an old fishing boat that I used to take to the keurbooms river to fish and cruise around.
The last trip was in 2009 and as I recall there was no fuss around getting a permit for the river.
I would like to know what the regulations are these days regarding a very small fishing boat (in terms of boyancy, first aid, red flag, oars, skippers etc.) I will upload a picture to give you a better idea of the size of the boat
