There are some really nice crays at Melkbos - took out some monsters there last season.

In front of the NSRI head straight out all the way to the edge of the kelp. Work the area on the edge up to about 40m out from the kelp. You will usually find better viz in this area and like I said, there are loads of bugs there.

Also, if you have a speargun take it with. Some really nice sized hotties out there and there is always a chance of bumping into a cob or geelbek when passing through the dirty water on the way back.

Went out at Pringle this morning with the kayak, wind was pumping. Took goggles to check the viz and it looked good, will be diving at Rooiels on Sunday. Got qouta easy, but not really much bigger than size.
