Right at that point I'm out of chokka. We decide to collect some wood for the braai and have a couple muscle relaxents

While we braaing we both put out fresh shad heads

My swaers rod goes away with a nice fish. His first decent one.

Ok leka we finish our interrupted braai and decide plan of action. Fish till 12 or so and sleep then up at 5 for some eds.

Sooo my swaer sends a blacktail chop and I a friggate.

Well 20min that saltist bg50 is screaming. Lynton makes vass and jorr the fish takes off. I remember he doesn't have braid and his spool aint full and its only .50.
So on a locked drag the fish almost spooles him and proceeds to cut him off on reef einaaaaa.


I'm pumped up for a big pull and also send a blacktail chop the friggate was eaten out. Man I tell u 10min bam vass
I lock up just about the .59seagrand is singing in the breaze. And the bugger just carries on flying till bump cut off. Eish I can't explain. I dunno wat how big. ? But the power jorrrr. We sent some more baits but nothing.
So off to bed.

Well at 5ish hehe we got up. I sent a secondhand shadhead wrapped in blacktail fillets out. Just maybe hey.

As it got light we started scratching around. Sea was also slowly getting bigger and bigger.

Hard luck man sometimes u can't stop them no matter what u try.If u drive to the end of kidds beach and u continue a couple of hundred metres on a gravel road there is a set of rocks.Is leanards the rocks on the opposite side of the bay?or is it further on.I have seen the turn of on the kidds beach road but never been there.

Yep u can see the point from the end of that road its a little over 1.5km away
