only a couple of hotties.needs one more big swell ,which i think we will get tomorrow! think we have to wait for that new green fine seaweed to start sprouting on all the rocks that were submerged under the summer "beach", which has now almost gone.As soon as this happens and all the baby mussell start shooting up the all those gallies will start to become very active. It has opened up early this year and properly to, i think we are going to have plenty of fun in this little bay this year!!!

2 gallies came out this morning -  water a bit rough and dirty though -  looks like we are really in for a good season!!!!!

Had some good action on worm there yesterday just before high off the beach...
Some undersize gallies have come out in the last month or so but nothing size for me yet.
Maybe after this weather it'll turn on for the bigger ones.

Went to Bakkies lunchtime ,to see what the water looked liked. Looked good, saw Gotaway pull in. Unfortunataly, I had no rods with me, so I rushed home and went back. First cast, vas! Yippe, my first gallie ,I thought, then I pulled this in. After that, nothing....Next time!!!!

Arch I made my gallies with wikus recipe in the oven... And my uncles bus with a big kolstert. There was a handful of fish left after. My uncle took half of a 44cm gallie and put it on his plate just like so...

Braai not as good as yours Arch but it was not too painful as it was all happening while watching the Stormers give the Sharks some whippin.
