The S Cape coastline was hit with massive 8m swells. These were taken yesterday at 13h00. Massive waves still roling in covering the whole bay with foam.

Hi Gold Shark,

Thank you for posting all the pictures.

I have the "ox wagon" packed and ready for the trip and all the travel calculations are done in such way that I can do a late afternoon and evening session on Friday 26 December.

Looking at the pictures though I'm quite worried that going to the beach in this conditions will be a waste of time. What do you think are the fishing conditions up in Plett/Keurboom?

From what i've heard the foam was everywhere...but it looks like the weather is improving

Send Uncle bob or baitmaster a pm they live in plett and should be able to help you better on conditions there.

%#% ... It's No wonder then that even my lil 7 ounce sinker Tied up so the clips don't release was wahsed awy on th beach yesterday at Gelntana .... I Thought it was a bit odd , saw the huge swells but Made Nothing of it .

Wind is gonna pick up tomorrow evening again , here in Moseel Bay the weather is good , but wind is making things difficult for us .
