Well I just discovered it is neutrally buoyant, so when the hooks are added it will sink slowly. Seems a lot of lead went into it.

Neutral boyant is great, you can control depth that way. If you make them white one can catch cob with it amongst others. You use it on the sand floor but you add a smallish lead to it to keep it on the bottom.

If you plan to make those for sale you may sell a couple.
