Hengelaars Vriend WARNING

I booked the 8 sleeper at Hengelaars Vriend a month in advance in January to go in February. The monday before the weekend we had to go, Carla who does all the bookings, admin, etc, phoned me to say that she double booked us and that the other people paid before us. Due to this, we cannot come for the weekend.

Being really upset about this, I asked for my money to be refunded, R1500.00

It is now 2 weeks later, many emails and even a warning of reporting them to the National Consumer Commission, they still have not refunded my money.

So this is just a warning to all of you. Make sure about the places you pay for and want to visit. Read the comments on hellopeter.com before doing anything.

What else can I do?

Just an update from me. Spoke to the owner who promised to call me back last week friday after their holiday. Still waiting for him and still waiting for my refund.
