HELP!!!

Good evening gents and the ladies, I'm off to Rocky Bay (South Coast) soon and would like as much input as possible... Most days I'll be taking my Bamba out, but for the days where I cannot I'd like to throw a line... ANY ADVICE?

Lot of reef in the area, but just North of that is a popular launch site for Kayaks, Scottsborough. Hospital grounds good, got some good coots there.
