Hi Scorpion,

Portnet will still be open to anglers during social competitions hosted by the Spioenkop angling club at a nominal fee. This will however not happen before October as the stumpies only come on the bite from late September. Possibly "AB" from this angling club could furnish more info re competition dates.
With regard to Langebaan, angling will not improve while water temperature hovers at around +-10 degrees
