I'M FROM BLOEM AND WILL BE VISITING HOLE IN THE WALL IN AUGUST IT'S MY LIFE'S DREAM TO GET STUCK INTO SOME EDIBLES(KOB,MUSSELCRACKER). WERE HOW WHEN BAIT

PLEASE HELP!!!

I don't know Hole in the wall, but what i do know it that you must have a bait in the water.......:wfish:lol:1::tight:

hope the August wind doesn't put you off fishing for edibles or HIW for that matter . . . change the month if u can

Howdy deepburn,

i have done a bit of fishing in  the area...generally you have to walk for your fish so get a decent gielie and dont take the first guy that you come across...get someone that comes across as decent...thre are a few chancers around..

Hole in the wall has plenty of good venues but as i said you have to walk a bit....take a long gaff along...imperative.

While you are there drop in at White Clay b&b and ask for directions to red rock which is just along the way...you will have safe parking and they have a great bar and grub.  White clay is on the way to hole in the wall on the left..cant miss it and great ownners..contact me if you need more details good luck

bait needed for ebible are sardine,red eye,squid and pink prawn.best using combination.caught lots of big shad during this period plus a few stumpies and galjoen around this area.    killy

Fairly safe at night considering the crime around but...
Dangerous to walk around those cliffs and hills due to a fall or accident....There are areas there where if you fall down a cliff at night it will be tickets
