My wife has continuous bronchial problems,coughing right through the days and nights, as a direct cause of 2 people continuously chain smoking in confined offices.When I walked in by the entrance to visit,I immediately started choking myself,it was that bad.Can anyone advise on what the laws are,who to report these incidents to as well as the fines involved?It's not that we want to be nasty,but I'm kinda worried about the wife and the long term implications thereof.Cheers!
