am i allowed to go out to sea and what distance am i allowed to go out without a motor but with 2 X rowing paddles.
where or how do i get hold of a second hand shop that sells these paddles.
thirdly where can i launch with my boat with the rowing paddles.
im new in this business and got the boat from my friend because he wanted to throw it away. please help me as i also want to learn the trend of fishing of a boat
