heatshrink

Sealiner
i have a 10ft loomis which i like to throw lures and spoons with. the "sponge" grip that was on there i found to make the rod bit heavier.

soooo, i got my hands on some heatshrink and replaced the grip with it making it much thinner and lighter . the finishing on the bottom , both sides of the reel seat and on the top where it ends needs some better DIY skills than wat ive got.

any suggestions on wat i can do here??

1st off my wife will kill me if the floor looks like that after I'm finished

I turn a small EVA section in the lathe to fit up against the reel seat then a 1cm bind that I coat with Epoxy

The bottom (I sent a PM) trade secret that I would like to reserve.
