Morning Guys.
I just have a question regarding Harties.
where if possible can I go for a specimen session around hartebeespoort that is wife friendy.
have an inflatable and reels loaded with braid so distance wont be a problem

any help will be apreciated

I would personally not waste the time or money fishing that dirty dam, but if you really want to go have a look at Big Carp Paradise. No need for loads of line or potentially losing braid to hyacinth.

Agreed + Overstocked with small fish. Not worth it.

Bud I hear the advice here, and it rings true. however if you arrive at Meerhof ealry friday morning and take the swim to the far left by the party boat. you put your lines about 200m out towards the railroad bridge lines with feed you may be able to defy our beliefs.

regular catches of 7 tot 12kg can be made at harties... as for wife friendly, there will only be Eagle Waters and you will have to book a waterside log cabin.
