Hard body Shrimp Lures

Guys. Went to the shop at gateway today and the only Yozuri's were squid lures, none with conventional hooks. A small amount of bass lures too.

ordered a few of these to try , see what happens. ordered sand prawn , glass prawn and pink prawn. 3 1/2 inch and 4 inch , 3 1/2 inch is 1/4 oz (7 gram) and 4 inch is 1/2 ounce (14 gram). rigged with a small split shot or just floating in current should work well.

Saw those in the States. Incredibly realistic looking!!You won't be disappointed. But pricey.
Try to see if you can get ZMan scented shrimps. They stand up on any jighead and suspend on a 1g weighted EWG hook, like Decoy S switcher. Also tough as nails!

The Live Target shrimp look good for fishing deeper water, they have a relatively quick sink rate. The Yo-Zuri shrimp comes into its own over shallower areas like the mudprawn flats in the Southern Cape.

Never fished the Live Target shrimp, but it looks good.
