Bwaaahahahahaha, good one Bennie, I had a really good chuckle there.

I was indicating that it is not much, maybe a bit of beer money between the two of us, that's all. ;)

Will only get us tipsy LOL! Hardly worth the effort! I am a firm believer that if you are going to do something, do it properly or not at all! ::S

Hopefully you will get good numbers here!

Sorely tempted but dont think that my fishing ski beaching skills are nearly good enough to prevent some serious beatings of such a quality finder..

Did I mention sorely tempted though!?!?

If you use the FishTec Fishingski protection kit, with the transducer TM Mount - your sonar will last many years, regardless of conditions.

We had a ski a little while back that was 'totalled' in the surf.  But when we hooked the battery up, popped the screen up and powered up, she worked like a charm without a scratch on the screen.

I see some of you guys are in the game ,we are looking for a fish finder/Gps,for the new sea boat ,the one on there is so old you have to light a candle behind it LOL.
We are planing on using the boat for bottom fishing off Port Alfred ,so nothing too fancy ,something we can punch in the waypoints etc
