Snoepie Goete is told with such passion, such conviction, such honesty one can only wonder where the real reality and the fiction divide. One can't help asking: "is this a true story, could it be true, is this just a story?" I doubt if even the hardest, meanest person out there won't feel a little tug at his heartstrings reading the story.
It is not a book about grammer, sentence structure, political correctness. Is is a honest piece of work, completed with conviction and for the enjoyment of all (even us khakis).
Once I started reading, I couldn't stop and I can't wait for the sequal.
Well done my friend, don't stop. You still have many stories that today's youth need to hear ....

Having been here all these years, the name rings a bell - sadly I have to admit, I do not know any of the controversial threads, may well have read em but do not recall.
From what I have read in this thread, certainly an individual that I can relate to and would thoroughly enjoy getting to know.
Absolutely want a copy of that book.

Then Simon Fourie from Bike SA thought it good to publish one of the humor stories in the Bike SA of May this year,, Since then my book has been feutured and discussed on a continious basis for the last 5 issues taking up more than 10 pages in the letter collums.. I got numerous absolutely fantastic comments from readers across the complete readers spectrum and here I talk off Writters,, many graduetes,,even a language proffesor,,Jan Alleman,,conservative Ladies over 60,, Bikers,, you name it,, its there,, and offcourse two absolute negative comments,, guess what these okes has in commen with the other two negative comments I have up to now received,, NOT ONE OF THEM,, BY THEIR OWN SUBMISSION,, HAS READ MY BOOK,, They base their comments mostly on hearsay and my laungage use,, but keep in mind,, I have been commpliment in numerous comments on the lack of hard core swear words,, .. Being a controversiol caracter all my life,, I did what I do good,, I took all the writting and established grammer rules,, threw it out the window and started writting a book straight from the heart..The book consists of 5 x humor (to the extreme) in the same category as Tolla Van Der Merwe and the main story,, Snoepi goete,, It is this story that plays of between a Hard core Biker and a sweet innocent Girl of 18,, this two has to hit the road within minutes after the Biker had a "Oepsie" with the cops and within minutes our Biker was the most wanted cremanel in the country(The Oepsie was off course the result of the Biker refusing to be intemadated and just stood his ground,, sounds familiar???) This is the story that the good poeple freaks out about,, You know Ouboet,, to be told by readers that this story must be read by the youth for what is to be learned from it,, That Ouboet,, goes down well.. Point off interest,, my book has been on E books for 4 days and I have onto a thousand hits already,, that one goes down very well indeed,, But the cherry on top of it all??? This week alone,, I was contacted by 2 big publishers,, the very same ones who would not touch me with a pole!!!!!!!Can we talk about publishing your book??? My answer would be forth coming sometime in the very distant future!!!!Lastly,, from all the comments I have received to date,, Above is about as close to the truth as one can get,, Ouboet I will be in contact with you via a PM,, But thanks again for being objective...
