GT In Kosi Bay

Hey Guys

Was in Kosi Bay last week and I got this GT on a Bonnie head, I was targeting a Honey comb or shark and got a GT which I least expected. Unfortunately it was not much of a fight as I was using my heavy rod and a TLD50 and gave it all, max 10 minutes and after the pic I released it immediately.

hehe!!

they taste reeeeaaaallllyyyy good when around the 3kg mark
bigger than that I would not keep...

we ate one at mili that was about 3-4 kg and Wow!

Nope unfortunately the weather and tides were just not on our side, you have to really plan the trip!

If you wanna take your cat I recommend rocktail bay, but about 2-3km from rocktail incase you hook a big magic carpet

Stander is spot on, Roctail Bay would be the best place to take the cat! We normally fish in the bay but I have seen guys with a cat +-2km left of the bay!
